When I think about the personal development aspect of Solutions News, I think of the mental attitude of those people throughout history who have found solutions to problems that seemed unsolvable at the time.
George Bernard Shaw once said, "The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable man persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man."
With this introductory post, I want to encourage everyone to think unreasonable thoughts...to imagine unreasonable results as being possible...with the betterment of all of humanity in mind. One of the fundamental questions humanity has faced since the beginning of history is "Can we someday live in peace?" To answer this question "Yes" requires a highly unreasonable level of thinking. Here's a one-minute long video that I hope will inspire and encourage you to think unreasonable thoughts. Its title is "Here's to the crazy ones."
